利用規約（terms of service）

販売モデルご利用にあたって

「studio gorillaSTAR / yellowAMIKO」が販売する以下の３Dモデルご利用にあたっては、本利用規約に同意された場合にのみご利用下さい。​

・「OH!MY!V!」シリーズ 第１弾 カエルヘッドホン

When using the sales model

Please use the following 3D model sold by studio gorillaSTAR/yellowAMIKO only if you agree to these Terms of Use.


・"v-gurumi" series Vol.1 Pegasus
・"v-gurumi" series Vol.1 Bastet
・"OH!MY!V!" series Vol.1 NEKO headphones
・"OH!MY!V!" series Vol.1 KAERU headphones

・商用利用　　可能　　　※ビデオゲーム開発用途を除き可能

・改変　　　　可能
・再配布　　　不可　　　※データの一部でも不可
・クレジット　記載必須

※公序良俗に反する利用はしないでください。
※政治的信条の主張、宗教的信条の主張又はヘイトスピーチ目的の利用はしないでください。
※ビデオゲーム開発用途として本データを一部でも含む使用はできません。
※販売物の利用により、第三者よりクレーム、訴訟等を受けた場合、利用者が自らの費用と責任で当該クレーム、訴訟等に対応するものとします。
※販売物の利用により、制作者（studio gorillaSTAR / yellowAMIKO）が何らかの損害を被った場合、利用者は当該損害を補償するものとします。
※改変した本データを一部でも含むデータの再配布はできません。
※著作者人格権は放棄していないため、クレジットの記載をしてください。Twitterの場合「3Dモデル @yellowAMIKO」、その他の場合「yellowAMIKO制作の汎用3Dモデル」、改変した場合は「yellowAMIKO制作の汎用3Dモデルを改変して使用」等の記載をしてください。

* Please do not use it against public order and morals.
* Please do not use it for the purpose of asserting political or religious beliefs or for hate speech.
* It is not possible to use even a part of this data for video game development purposes.
* If a claim or lawsuit, etc. is received from a third party as a result of the use of the item for sale, the user shall respond to such a claim or lawsuit, etc. at his/her own expense and responsibility.
* If the producer suffers any damage as a result of the use of the item for sale, the user shall compensate for such damage.
* It is not possible to redistribute data containing any part of this data that has been modified.
* As moral rights are not waived, please include a credit statement such as "3D model @yellowAMIKO" for Twitter, "Generic 3D model produced by yellowAMIKO" for others, or "Generic 3D model produced by yellowAMIKO, modified and used" when modified.

・改変や本データの使用方法の個別サポートは、本商品に含まれません。
・商品の交換又は返品は受け付けないものとします｡
・購入した時点で本利用規約に同意したものとします。

・Individual support for modification or how to use this data is not included in this product.
・Exchange or return of this product shall not be acceptable.
・It shall be deemed that these Terms of Use have been accepted at the time of purchase.

よくある質問（Frequently asked questions）

  • Q.「VRChat用に改変して利用しても良いでしょうか？」
    A.　VRMモデル想定で制作していますので保障しませんが、以下の条件で利用可能です。
    ・Description（説明）にクレジット（イエローアミコ制作の汎用3Dモデルを改変して使用）を記載してください。
    ・Sharing（共有設定）はPrivateにしてください。

  • Q.「LIVE配信以外に使っても良いでしょうか？」
    A.　利用規約の範囲内であれば、クレジット記載の上、印刷物グッズや3D作品等に利用可能です。（購入者自身で改変した本モデルデータも同様です。）

  • Q.「改変した3Ｄモデルを販売してもよろしいでしょうか？」
    A.　できません。本モデルデータを一部でも含むデータの販売や配布は、再配布にあたり利用規約違反となります。ご注意ください。

  • Q.「モーション撮影のため、データをモーションスタジオに渡したいです。」
    A.　お問い合わせからご相談ください。

  • Q.「外部に改変の依頼をしたいです。」
    A.　購入者以外へのモデルデータのお渡しとなるので、ご遠慮ください。3Dモデル制作者のstudio gorillaSTAR / イエローアミコへの改変の依頼はできます。

  • Q.「VRoid Hubにモデルデータをアップロードしてもよろしいでしょうか？」
    A.　利用規約の範囲内かつ非公開設定に限りアップロード可能です。

  • Q. May I modify it for use in VRChat?
    A. We cannot make a guarantee as the product is produced assuming a VRM model, but it can be used under the following conditions.
    ・Please include a credit in the Description.
    ・Please set Sharing to Private.

  • Q. May I use it for purposes other than streaming?
    A. Yes, you can use it for printed goods or 3D works, etc. as long as it is within the scope of these Terms of Use and the credit is indicated. *The same applies to this model data modified by the purchaser himself/herself.

  • Q. May I sell the modified 3D model?
    A. No, you cannot. Selling or distributing data that includes any part of this model data constitutes redistribution and is a violation of the Terms of Use. Please be careful.

 

  • Q. I would like to request a modification to an outside party.
    A. Please refrain from doing so, as you will be handing over the model data to someone other than the purchaser.

  • Q. May I upload the model data to VRoid Hub?
    A. Uploading is possible as long as it is within the scope of the Terms of Use and the data is set to "Private".
